Who We Are in Applied Design and Control

Richard Salcedo is the owner and president of ADC. From an early age, Richard has been interested in electronics and electronic design. For more information on Richard, see Owner’s Bio or click here.

Jessie Lopez is our lead field technician and electrician. As a boy, Jessie had great mechanical talents. His interest in motor sports led him to attend  trade school to earn the status of an ASE certified mechanic. Jessie knew the importance and trust he was given to provide the customer with a safe and reliable automobile. He became a first class mechanic. His work and quality were unparalleled to none. Jessie eventually found his interest in electrical through his automotive experience. He has since become an important team member to the company. His automotive schooling has translated into a strong work ethic in the industrial industry and for ADC. His knowledge of automotive sensors led him to evaluate the current industrial instrumentation plumbing. With Jessie’s vast knowledge in electrical, our installations are completed correctly the first time around.

Leo Salcedo is our lead panel man. He worked for Proctor and Gamble (P&G) for over 35 years in the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) department. His long tenure in E&I directed him from pneumatics to electronics. He was involved in the early Allen Bradley PLC’s (2’s, 3’s, and 5’s). Leo was highly involved in modifying logic drawings and PLC programs. He was also deeply immersed in the process, which made him a lifelong employee for P&G. He is retired, but advises and consults  with ADC in the most important projects, as his wisdom and knowledge in the Electronic and Instrument field make him an invaluable asset to our team.
